By using https://cloudinno.digital or commissioning Cloud Inno for vendor risk review, payment verification, or related engagements, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of engagements, fees, and timelines are informational. A signed fee letter or engagement letter governs the actual scope, deliverables, and price for any engagement. Website content does not constitute an offer to audit financial statements under statutory audit standards unless expressly stated in a separate letter.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and graphics originated by Cloud Inno, remains our property or that of our licensors. Findings packs delivered under an engagement belong to the client for internal use; we retain the right to reuse anonymised methods and templates. You may not copy site materials for commercial republication without written consent.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you provide, for obtaining any internal approvals needed to share supplier files, and for decisions you make after receiving our recommendations. We do not guarantee that following a recommendation will prevent loss.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud Inno’s aggregate liability arising from use of this website or from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement (or, for website-only claims, NT$10,000). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Website availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Forms on this static demonstration site post to a local mock response file for client-side validation testing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements commissioned through this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
