Data controller

Data we collect

• Contact form fields: name, email, engagement interest, optional scope notes, and message content
• Correspondence and documents you send for an engagement (which may include personal data of your staff or supplier contacts)
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type when analytics cookies are accepted (see our cookies page)

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to requests and prepare fee letters (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). Engagement documents are processed to perform the contracted review. Analytics (if consented) help us understand site usage. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing discussion. Engagement working papers are retained for seven years unless a shorter or longer period is agreed in the engagement letter or required by law. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on the cookies page.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise rights, email hello@cloudinno.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent authority in Taiwan.

International transfers

If we use email or storage providers that process data outside Taiwan, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law. Engagement documents are shared only with team members and, where needed, translators bound to confidentiality.

Children

This site is directed at business users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Updates

We may revise this notice by updating this page. Significant changes affecting clients under active engagement will also be communicated by email when practical.
